Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy was established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010.

 

1. Canceling registration for a workshop

You can cancel your registration for a workshop up to 24 hours before it begins and receive a full refund.

Cancellation on the day of the event or after it begins – no refund.

2. How to make the cancellation

Cancellation will be made in writing only by sending an email to the following address:

The cancellation date will be calculated based on the time the email is received.

The refund will be made within 14 business days of confirmation of the cancellation.

 

3. Cancellation by the business

In the event of a workshop cancellation by the organizer (for example due to exceptional circumstances), the following options will be offered:

Rescheduling to an alternative date, or a full refund.
